Our Microsoft 365 Adoption services are there to help as you grow your use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services and capabilities. Working as an extension to your existing IT support resources, we provide expert assistance both for more advanced capabilities not typically covered by IT support and for specific business processes and solutions.
Our role is to support and grow adoption of new capabilities and processes, and to ensure positive experiences and outcomes for end-users which help build momentum and achieve a virtuous cycle of adoption. We can work behind the scenes – supporting your IT or business transformation experts – or provide responsive, effective support directly to end-users.
Services provided as a monthly support package or on a time & materials basis as required, including:
- User adoption strategy and planning;
- Coaching / training for custom processes and solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform;
- Functional / ‘how to’ support direct to users (to supplement IT helpdesk / technical support);
- Governance to support request and provisioning of new Microsoft 365 service instances by business users, including Teams and SharePoint sites;
- 3rd line specialist support for in-house IT teams;
- Coaching / upskilling of in-house teams responsible for Microsoft 365 adoption.
