Stage 1: Workflow Analysis

A structured, fixed-scope package to identify, map and prioritise a high-value business process and the best opportunities to improve it using Microsoft AI, supported by Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities as appropriate.

What we do

  • Run a short kick‑off and planning session to align on scope, stakeholders and how we’ll work together
  • Facilitate a value discovery and prioritisation workshop to surface candidate workflows and agree the best target (impact vs. complexity)
  • Lead one or more process mapping and analysis sessions to capture the current workflow in detail and explore the future state (as-is → to-be)
  • Carry out offline analysis between sessions to shape and document 2-3 prioritised improvement opportunities
  • Run a feedback and recommendations workshop to validate findings, present options and agree the recommended focus for Stage 2

  • Deliver the work through hands‑on working sessions to present recommendations, then develop, test and refine the solution with your team
  • Combine live collaboration with focused offline build time to keep progress moving between sessions
  • Produce supporting documentation and run a final review/evaluation session to lock in outcomes and next steps
