Viva modules work with other Microsoft 365 apps and services to address a range of employee and organisational outcomes. Each needs to be separately planned, configured and supported to ensure users adopt and get value from the new capabilities.

Our Microsoft Viva Adoption service helps you identify the right combination of Viva and Microsoft 365 capabilities based on your requirements, then provides expert guidance and hands-on support to plan, configure, launch and help users adopt your new Viva capabilities. Covers technical, licensing, configuration and adoption activities, including requirements specific to each Viva module.

Microsoft Viva Adoption can be provided either as a comprehensive service for one or more Viva modules, or on a flexible basis to provide external expertise or additional bandwidth to support your internal teams. The service can also be used to provide supplementary guidance and hands-on support for eligible Microsoft 365 customers leveraging the FastTrack service for Viva.

Service can be configured according to requirements and budget. Sessions are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.
