This engagement is delivered through a series of interactive workshops remotely via MS Teams, typically over a 3-to-4-week period.

1. (Optional) Kick-off / Intro Session (30 mins)

• For new customers: Introduce structure, methodology, and set expectations

2. Value Discovery & Prioritisation (2 hours)

• Collaborative session to identify key business processes or pain points
• Surfaced through discussion to ensure relevance and feasibility
• Agree target process for the engagement (impact vs. complexity)

3. As-Is Mapping & To-Be Envisioning (3 hours)

• Deep dive into the selected process: current steps, data sources, tools, pain points, outputs, and time taken
• Envision future state and improvements
• Preferably conducted in a single, extended session for efficiency

4. Analysis & Recommendations

• Consultants review findings, develop high-level solution sketches, and assess complexity
• Prepare recommendations and potential prototypes

5. Prototyping Workshops (3 x 2 hours)

• Present recommendations and begin hands-on prototyping
• Develop, test, and refine the solution (workflow, steps, prompts, agent, etc)
• Combines in-session and offline work

6. Review & Next Steps (1.5 hours)

• Final session to review outcomes, document solutions, and discuss further opportunities
• Capture learnings and ensure the customer can replicate the methodology
