What's included
The engagement is delivered through a series of interactive workshops remotely via MS Teams, typically over a 4-6-week period. It is optimised for a cohort of 8-12 champions / early adopters.
1. Briefing & Planning (30 minutes)
Kick‑off with project team: confirm scope/outcomes, stakeholder map, comms & governance set‑up, scheduling.
2. Executive Sponsor Engagement (2 hours)
“Art of the possible” for Copilot & Agents; align to business priorities and high‑impact scenarios; clarify sponsor responsibilities and resourcing.
3. Copilot Adoption Readiness (3 hours)
Adoption framework and roles; technical & data readiness options (e.g. Copilot Optimization Assessment; SharePoint Advanced Management; 3rd party specialist tools); champions plan & dashboard/reporting approach; Community of Practice demo and resources.
4. Onboarding & Microsoft 365 Copilot Training (3 hours)
Scenario-led onboarding and training across core experiences (Chat, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Loop), prompt engineering fundamentals, and champion enablement with take‑away assets.
5. Agents Introduction & Training (3 hours)
Understand different agent types and agent-building options; scenario-based upskilling on SharePoint agents and Copilot Studio Lite; resources and instructions for building agents and sharing with the Champion community.
6. Feedback & Planning Workshop (2 hours)
Capture lessons learned, review usage & sentiment, prioritise scenarios, and agree near‑term roadmap for scaling up Copilot and agent adoption.
