Our customer, the Supplier Assurance Manager in the Procurement team of a mid-size technology services business, faced the challenge of standardising and streamlining the process for assessing supplier audit requests.

Innovative automation for effective risk management

A custom SharePoint List was created to store supplier requests and assessment results, with an automation workflow designed to process completed Forms and assign risk scores and levels based on a predefined framework. The system was programmed to automatically provide audit recommendations along with score justifications.
