Evolving the project management assessment process
The need to support a new project management model aligned with the Association of Project Management assessment framework called for a transformation in how competence data was captured and managed.
The existing Excel-based process was cumbersome and prone to errors, underscoring the urgency for a solution that could not only replace it but also enhance the analytics capability.

Innovating with SharePoint and Power BI
To address these requirements, a SharePoint List was implemented to capture and store data efficiently, supported by SharePoint pages for easy information dissemination. The data entry process was redefined with a customised List form, and Power BI was leveraged to unlock powerful reporting capabilities.
